    Hello,
There's been a bit of interest on my chrome T20 so here it is.

Interesting to see your tank has a cream underside, Maurice - mine is chrome-plated there...

I had a look at one of my others (painted version) this morning. Apart from having a stripped tank with a cream underside, there's no mention of T20 underneath.

That made me wonder whether it is possible to remove the table lamp upright tube and screw it onto a lantern tank, possibly to replace the original T20 tank which had got dented...

Perhaps they painted unsuccessfull chromed lamps in cream

Later somebody removed the paint and revealed the chrome.

    Who knows...

    Hello,
This lamp was in such bad condition I decided to get is replated. It is practically impossible to to find one where a 50 year old lamp has not been attacked with a brylo pad. The only really good example I have ever seen was a TL10 on e-bay from another collector about 3 months ago.
So if I got the base wrong it will have to do for now.
    Maurice.

I like the lamp, but love the view. Now, think of some sailing boat moored nearby....never mind this being off topic. Then again, that (wooden) boat would have at least a Bia 300X on board. And so on...
