My as found Tilley PL53, I’ve had this lantern for a couple of years, it’s very cool and reliable, it had the usual shelf dust and grime, but it did clean up very nice original, new seals etc, has never let me down
Hay Darryl do you ever get out of that bathroom? haha All joking aside I do love the Tilley PL53's they are one of my favourite lamps ever. I believe its the design they just look so fantastic and are a very good lamp to work on or use. Your looks to be in great shape.
@Buggerlugs Thanks, I do like them, I try and use my lanterns as much as possible, keeps them in check, I have a few lanterns and it gets a bit hard which one because all the others get a bit jealous and I can hear them saying, why him, pick me
