Not TIG... Probably MIG or maybe even use of a stick welder/arc welder ?:-k....either way it's not going to drop off in a hurry!;)
You can weld Stainless with a MIG using normal mild steel set up, but it will Rust !:( It also won't be as neat as a TIG weld (or as strong)...
@MG... The better quality Stainless isn't magnetic..;)
P.s. If you can find an exhaust specialist/maker they are usually good with...
@MG They are made of stainless, so a job for someone with a TIG welder?
