    Hi all
here are two Liotard Freres hollow wire lamps,

Peter have presented another model here :

I must say this burner can't be 1921, but far earlier, I can say that according to the style and technology.
Peter is right, we can see an exploded view in a 1921 Lilor catalogue, but the title of the page is " pièces de rechange pour anciens bruleurs" (spares for old burners)
And " those spares will be provided until the end of stock",
20's are the very end of Le Parfait's burner production (even for Atout burner)
It is the time to LOR burner which we can see in all the 20's catalogues.

another indication : Liotard Freres no more exists in 1921,
It has been replaced by the SAAE liotard freres ( Société Anonyme des Anciens Etablissements Liotard freres)

In fact, the patent for this kind of burner was claimed by Ernest Noel in oct 1907,
We can see the link between Liotard brothers and E Noel in this page of a 1906 catalogue,

Here is one of the old ladies dismantled and cleaned,

We can see : a filter in the tube gasoline entry, the cleaning needle system which is screwing by the top of the burner, 4 air intake tubes, a jet and a lighting hole, Simple and efficient.

You can the big similarity with Unic burners, which will be an improved system, but I am pretty sure of the link.
