    Hi all,

    Here is a Primus N ° 1020 from 1950 with the nickel-plated brass cap.
I found this lamp in 2016 on the pavement for 20 € ......
I was thinking for spare parts .....
This lamp was taken from several coats of garden green paint with cement sprinkles on it ....
The generator was out of order ...
No more needle and nozzle .....
No more fan in the hat ...
    No more preheating cup .....
After the acquisition of three wrecks in 1950, this one come back to life two weeks ago.
    it works wonderfully well.
    Thank for sharing.

    regards,
    Titoo.

    Very nice, @Titoo.

I’ve not seen the glass that is on the lantern.

I love it when a "bitzer" becomes a whole lantern - and yours looks very nice :)

This is a glass that Condrup, the UK importer of Primus, had made. Obviously not really seen outside of the UK.

Btw, nice lantern Titoo. The brass hoods are not that common.
