1966 X246B- Ex British Railways

    This lamp has had I.D. plate attached by railway company. It reads TINSLEY BREAKDOWN VANS and would have been carried as part of equipment in these railway vans (rail not road).Lamp as found condition Al 1308070940-Tinsley_001.jpg

    Hi, just in case you don't know, Tinsley was a large marshalling yard with an attendant locomotive depot in Sheffield. It was located near to the M1 motorway near to where they built the now defunct airport. Regards John.
