    Hello there,

I went to the CCF Annual Camp out in Rasar State Park in Washington State Sept 6-9.
There were between 50-65 people there so it was a great turnout. We even had one Australian who came to visit for a few hours on Saturday and for the life of me I can't remember his name but I will sooner or later. We were in the Elk group site.

Here is my humble abode for the weekend. The weather wasn't be best because it rained most of the time.

As with all CCF camp outs there is a lot of stoves but I will do my best to filter these photos out.
There was indeed a very nice light up with the lanterns every evening. As you can already guess most of the lanterns were Coleman with some AGM, Thermos, Ash Flash. I brought a Bialaddin 315 and another member brought his Optimus I believe he stated it is a 550 but I may be wrong.

I only brought 2 lanterns with me. A Coleman 288 which has been converted to run on Kerosene and the Bialaddin 315.

    Here's the lantern light up.

Sorry boys and girls but since I was camping I did do some cooking so I will add the 3 stoves I used.

My main 2 burner is the AGM 1706. What makes this stove unusual is it has 2 generators/vaporizer so both burners are primary burners.

The other 2 burner workhorse is my Coleman 415.

The single burner stove I used is my Heinze Geniol.

The weekend was great and I met a lot of very nice and very knowledgeable people.

I have 4 Coleman 275 lanterns which are also called turds because they either run or they don't. Was was able to get acquainted with one of the CCF members called the Turd Doctor so I was able to get some very good advice on how to fix the 275. I hope to have mine up and running soon.

Anyone who lives in the Pacific Northwest should really think about coming to the next CCF camp out. If you have a problem lantern or stove there is always someone there that will be willing to help out and in most cases can get your problem child up and running.

    Cheers,

    Norman

Thanks for sharing. I especially like the AGM stove. I thought I had an original dealers parts list but when I looked, it was for the 1700 and 1704 models.

Yep she was indeed a very good runner. It's too bad you don't have a copy of the dealers parts list because it would be nice to have a copy.

    Cheers,

They have their annual camp out at the same or very close to the same time every year. They also hold it at Rasar State Park in Washington every year.

They are talking about doing a camp out in May of next year at Lewis and Clark State Park. They haven't decided on a day yet.

    Cheers,

    Norman
