A mild evening was an opportunity for a nice bonfire and light up last night. I was planning on using 3 lamps but after lighting I noticed the bialladin 300x had a hole in the mantle so I carried on with just two, an optimus 1550 and a bialladin 310. The lamps ran well and required no attention after lighting leaving me free to enjoy drinking and tending the fire.
Looks like a pleasant evening. It didn't stop raining here on the south coast so no action here Chris
@Fireexit1 The weather was randomly very good in north Norfolk last night, an overnight temp of 15 degrees and no wind. Perfect for a light up and unexpected given how bad the weather has been. @BigStevie It is not a cellar, it is a barn I am using for a workshop. I think the fireplace was from when it was the village school, unfortunately it is now redundant as someone has 'roofed' over the chimney stack. @JEFF JOHNSON The workshop is coming along nicely thank you. Fortunately the weather has turned bad and it was dark in here at 2pm so i had to light some tilley lamps up.
Lovely light up!! Remember, remember, the 5th of November!! Coming soon! Great shots, love that Bialaddin 310!
@BigStevie @ColinG I would love to re fit the chimney, unfortunately it is not mine to play with as I only have temporary use of the place. That is probably for the best as i would only otherwise create my own personal lamp museum. I did chuckle when I noticed it though.
