Austramax 3/300 - first light, running sweetly!

Needed a new pump washer, font cleanout and a new check valve.
Dont have the correct globe, using a 550 until I can source correct version.

NOS Austramax mantle too! $1.12 from K-Mart back in the day

Agree! So much easier to use than Tilleys, well at least in my experience.

Well, they certainly pre-heat quicker, I presume due to the thinner vapouriser. Otherwise I don't think there's much in it. Chacun a son gout...
