Hi , I’m refurbing several bullfinch 1616 gas lamps as a project , I am struggling to find ceramic nozzles , part number sp 1147m. does any one have any pointers for suppliers? thanks
Hi - and welcome. Until recently Bullfinch had these is stock. I guess that they are all gone now. These sorts of nozzles are still used on pressure lanterns so there may be something about that still fits. Or bullfinch may know of a subsitute ? I am sure that somebody here will have a clue or an idea as well. Another lead is to try base camp spares@base-camp.co.uk - there is nothing on the website but often Mike has stuff squirrelled away.. If you have one a photo and some measurements you might get some suggestions here as well.
