Dears, My Coleman Col-Max 333, 300CP, made in USA, dated A 1947. It is in really good condition with original glass and jet/nipple (marked “300” and “CX”). I made some gentle clean up, usual maintenance, rust protection and it runs great. Last year I had no idea that Coleman made lamps “inspired” by Petromax. Usually, I ignore lamps with red wheels because these are too young for me I would completely ignore that one as well while searching Internet, but I was looking for “COLEMAN” not “PETROMAX” that time. I was really surprised when some Chinese looking lamp appeared. I get a closer look and indeed – "Coleman" was marked on the tank. Quick search on the Forum and I learned that US made Col-Max lamps are interesting specimens. Knowing that I bought it. Once learned about Col-Max I bought the second 333 couple of weeks later. All the best, Piotrek
Congratulations on your second purchase. I was reading everyone's comments on your last post with interest. I wonder why Coleman decided to clone Petro.
