Finish on this was long gone before I acquired it recently, so soaked the whole fount in lye to clean it all up. Easy fettle other than waiting for things to dry or cure as there was a few chunks of rust in the fount, so sealed the inside with POR-15. Handle was chewed up so broke off the original, added another that was given to me but the wrong style slightly.

Hello Duane, the build quality is splendid on the older pressure products and your lamp is working really well and it's well over 90 years old!

Thank you guys, I need to renew the valve stem packing and anneal the end of the genny, both can leak some before they heat up.
