    @Tony Press , no date. Appears this model was never in any Coleman catalogs, only parts catalogs in 1937-1938.

    This is my favourite Coleman lamp and I’m a wee bit jealous of that shade. Is it a Coleman shade @Dean D ? The circular stepped base on my 138 is plated and the handle(?) is ribbed. Strange that a lamp only produced for a year or so has a number of variations as you can see from the lamp reference gallery.

    sharp, very sharp. nothing like that from Chicago to Detroit.
    Was there much trouble in restoring the font/tank?

    @Jean J, It's a repo shade made by people that reproduce a lot of Aladdin shades.
    The handle on this one is wood and the lamp came from a collector in the states that restored it. I'm thinking I may have the base replated someday.

    @pressnel you may have to cast your net a bit wider, I found my 138 in Scotland and I know of another collector who also found hers locally.
