This was never on my desirables list, but for $10, I couldn’t say no! It even came boxed with a few extra mantles and the red filter funnel. I have to say, I now quite like it! Good size, easy to light, and makes a very pleasant roar. Perfect for a rainy evening. Happy days.
Ten dollars! I confess the one I have (also a bargain) doesn’t get fired often but yes, no quibbles about functionality. John
I have one as well and they are a really bright lantern. Only very ocassionally use it now when there are a number of people at a campsite and the extra light comes in handy. Run mine on Shellite, have not seen a can of Coleman fuel for years.
