I like home made machinery.
@ROBBO55 So do I, I shows the ingenuity and repurposing to achieve an excellent end result. Sometimes it’s all too easy to just buy something. I make some of my tools as well, probably inherited this from my Dad and Grandfather, having a trade background helps.
I have had to fabricate all kinds of little gadgets to get this project done- precision crimpes== hold drilling uide-- guides to evenly cut parts fro stocke-- even stanping dies to form parts-- wow-- what a project
The satisfaction from a job well done is priceless, well done for embarking on this project. Looking forward to the pictures and the money shot.
