    Hello all, here is the top insect screen for the Coleman Quick-Lite shades.
    The diameter is 5" across, and the height is approximately 1" high.

    Interesting. I have not seen these before.

    I have seen the larger Coleman lamp insect shades that look like they would double as a food insect protector.

    Nice find and thanks for posting.

    There was also a top screen and bottom screen for the Coleman shade no. 321 from 1916-1919, designated as no. 321 1/2. After 1919 only the top screen was marketed with this designation.

    @coleman54

    I note that this advertisement illustrated on p31 of the book, “Guide to Vintage Coleman Products”, has the 333 1/2 top insect screen placed inside the shade:

    Hi @Tony Press , the advertisement you mention is listed as mid twenties, I don’t know if there are differences in design transitions of top screens from 1916 throughout this time, the 1919 no. 321 top screen artist rendition does show what appears to be a center apparatus ?
