The automatic renewals for subscriptions taken out on the old forum, CPLv1 had to be cancelled as the old & new forum platforms are treated differently by Paypal.

Subscriptions will of course remain valid for the remainder of their term - it is just the renewal that is cancelled.

The remaining term of any subscription has been transferred to this forum , CPLv2

Once the subscription term has expired, access & features will revert to those of a regular registered member.

Click on Miss Aida at the right of the site or click here for more details on the subscription upgrade.

A new subscription can be taken out once the old one has expired.

New subscriptions on CPLv2 will auto-renew.

Many thanks for your continued support!

How about not publishing e-mail adresses to start with? You dont even cover the basics regarding security.

    My previous responses apply.

    This is getting tedious.

If anyone is spamming their their email address, it's you.

    Cheers

    Tony

    Thanks 4 the reminder,

When i first tried to look in the library i was refused, but then was successful.. it always took a number of goes to get in but not always allowed to...

In the end i gave up and renewed the membership as it is good value for money and was past caring whether it had run out or not :)

Maybe I missed something here: I got messages of subscriptions that where cancelled.
So does that mean I have to take a new one straight away or do I get another message when the old one is actually finished ?

As far as I know, your current subscription continues as normal.
When the time comes for renewal you will have to set up a new Paypal payment (if that is how you pay).
The old automatic renewal system could not be transferred to the new site.
But when you have to renew, if you set up a new Paypal subscription, that will automatically renew in subsequent years.

Trevor is correct. All CPLv1 subscriptions are cancelled. However they are good for the remainder of their term. Once it expires you will loose your subscriber ribbon & subscriber features & access. I'm not sure if you'll get a message. I will check.

Subscriptions taken out on CPLv2 will renew as normal.

    Thanks all for your support!

A lot of members have subscriptions that expire in January as it was our launch month. Please remember that although transferred across, due to the platform move old subs will not automatically renew. So if your access is restricted or avatar disappears this will be why. All new subscriptions taken out will auto renew as normal.

    Thanks for your support.

So, that's what was wrong! Couldn't get to the reference galleries anymore, thinking something was wrong with the site . Silly me

Did the necessary thing so all should be swell now :content:.

    All the best,

    Wim

    Hello,
I have PayPal, but no credit card. The debiting with PayPal only works by credit card and not by direct debit as usual.
How can I pay for my support now?
    Regards Leo

Paypal offers the facility of linking your bank account (your bank account debit card) with Paypal.
The linking is easy. Paypal deposit a small amount of money into your bank account and all you have to do is tell Paypal how much was deposited.
The result - no credit card needed.
