    Hi all,
    this will probably be my rarest lamp. Complete, except for the key to needle and in good condition and works like a champ!
    Found in Switzerland.

    Great find. One of the handful having the shape resembling the cold-blast wick lantern frame.

    These turn up in Australia from time to time - I've found 2 over these years - I've still got one with its original Chinaman's tin hat shade

    Hi Pascal @bambulee ,
    very good! Mine (which, of course, is nowhere near as good looking as yours) was also missing the pricker wheel. I was able to make one from a fiber wheel I had in my spare parts box and some pieces of brass rods. Now it looks almost like the original, and it works fine:

    I'm still looking for a solution to replace the missing/broken off locking screw on my lantern (which is supposed to hold the top part on the tank) with something authentic looking.... But that's a bit of a problem as the remaining screw holds everything firmly in place.
