G'day @Alex Smith , a nice job cleaning up the lantern.
I haven't seen the reflector before but in the pictures it appears to go completely around the lantern and clip closed. Am I correct?

    Thanks @ROBBO55

You are correct the reflector closes completely around the lantern. It clips shut. There are no markings on the reflector so can only assume that it is original to the lantern. Regards, Alex

That type of reflector used to be sold here in the U.K. as an after-market accessory. I got my "Reflector Protector" (a long time ago now) from Maidstone Angling but I'm sure they don't sell them anymore.

@JEFF JOHNSON and @Henry Plews Thank you both, very interesting to learn the history of the reflector. I had assumed that it was a original accessory.

Never seen that type of reflector before. Looks good and clever design.
Another one for the like to have list.
