    My dear wife put her foot down about me using the kitchen stove to heat plating chemicals-- under threat of celibacy ( for me) she said I had to stop~~~~~ so I dug up an old work horse Coleman stove and took it out to the shop-- it worked like a champ ( better than my wife's stove any day) ~~ except I had to keep pumping it up and filling the small tank, SO~~~~~ I decide to make a hollow wire out of it with a three gallon tank! ~~~

    @Bruce Kuda Great job Bruce. Like you said, going out an d buying an old stove and having the gas hooked up would be too easy.... in this age of over protective legislation it’s refreshing to know that their are guys in their sheds doing it with whatever is lying around the place. Keep it up!

    ~~~ thank you for noticing-- it does pass the "soapy bubble " test-- I could not apply as much heat as would make a smooth flow of solder because the other end of that brass fitting has the feed pipe soldered in and it would fall out with to much heat-- but I did get a good seal -- just not pretty
    I ran a mixture of white gas and unleaded gas and pumped it up to 25 PSI and its a real flame thrower more available heat than on my wife's stove!! was a project with time well spent
