"As I have never come upon any references to a shorter or 'cottage' model, this may have been a special order or a short-lived and tiny production run"

Is it possible it is homemade?

Any chance of a photo beside a 'normal' HL7?

It could be that one of the Kopsen workers (or whoever supplied the lamps for Kopsen) decided to make a lamp for himself. I don't remember ever seeing this lamp in any Kayen paperwork.
