This is a copper Kayen HR11 from W Kopsen and Co.
And the family of 3 together.
Decals not original
Those are awesome. Brass has character but copper has life.
That copper gleam is awesome. Learning all the time. I didn’t realise that founts were made from copper. I assumed that copper would be too soft/ductile.
Thank you for sharing, they’re a joy to look at.
A splendid group!
Copper founts are not all that common although all Tilley Do nut lamps are copper and some early ML tanks were as well. The Pitner Parlor lamp is an all copper tank and I seem to remember some German do nut lamps also used copper for the tanks. ::Neil::
Thanks @Mackburner ..... learning all the time.
So am I and I've been at this for better than 50 years. ::Neil::
There lies the beauty of this hobby, learning all the time .....
A beautiful gathering! Congratulations Anthony
