my self made pressure lantern

    i has a few parts of Shmel-1 stove. it was tank and air pump. taking some irons that i find in my workshop and machined it a bit and added after crafting one to one the lantern was received as a result. here it is. enjoy!
    fuel is benzine, 350CP.

    A Frankenstein named after Mary Shelley’s creation made up from different body parts.... :lol:

    Спасибо я знаю frankies, i am member of CCS for 7+ years and also did a lot of DIY stoves but this lantern is first.

    I don't think the monster actually had a name (although I have it on good authority he(?) usually answered to 'Pet').

    He was made from the body-parts of several unwitting donors by Dr. Frankenstein so I suppose 'Frankenstein's Monster' best fits the bill.



    Anyway, a Frankenlamp is one created from the parts of two or more donor lamps... :thumbup:

    @David Shouksmith Hello David! i'm affraid there is no lamp/lantern parts in my construction. (firstly Frankenstein sounds for me like jewish name meaning french stone :mrgreen:)

    Well if there's not a single lantern part on that, then its not exactly a 'Frankie'.

    This forum already has a section called Frankies, Mods & Hybrids in the Fettling Forum.
    Perhaps its a Mod? Modifications? Its not a Hybrid either.
