2025 - 30 May - 1 June 2026 - 29-31 May 2027 - 4-6 June I will update this yearly but the gathering will always be the weekend after the late spring bank holiday. We have a rolling booking with the venue now.
In view of what happened when some of us arrived early this year, can we just clarify the situation for the future? Are we “booked in” from the Wednesday or are we just “allowed” but have to elbow our way onto the pitch past the C&C Club. When we have a lot of gear to set up, it is nice to know that we are not going to be told we have to move it all because we are on someone else’s pitch.
