Petromax 826

    Hello,i am new here. Need some advice please. How old is my petromax. On the label is 826 and the bottom of the tank is 77 2 . Thanks

    Think perhaps the "7 7" is actually "11". If it is the lantern probably dates to November 1932.
    Very nice find!

    I think it's 7 2 which is July 1932 and suits the lamps features.
    A nice lamp:thumbup:

    That's only a scratch, as a German 1 is written
    differently, not only a line down. And a 17 makes no
    sense.:)

    That's an early Petromax 826.
    Looks complete with all the original parts intact.

    Bringing history back to life! Lovely lantern and so well made. They took pride in their trade, now we get to help preserve it!
