petromax Germany Pressure lantern

    Hello Everyone.

    it has been for a while.
    I am from Calgary, Canada, born and raised in Sri Lanka.
    my late father who had severn of old 834/838 petromax speizal kerosene Germany Pressure lantern.
    He thought me how to fix and opertated when I was six years old.
    I came to visit Sri Lanka last week, I thought, I would light lamps post a pictures.
    they are still its original condition.

    Great, it is still functioning. Must be a nostalgic feeling lighting them up again.
    I suppose the workings of these classic lamps would be deeply ingrained in your dna by now :).
    Starting with these devices at such a tender age makes a world of difference. The level of fettling skills attained would probably almost be like an innate ability.
