    Good Day Fellow Fettlers

Thanks to sharp-eyed forum members, my pig in a poke (Three little pigs in a poke) turned out to be a diamond in the rough. What I first thought to be half a Frankie lamp turned out to be an incomplete diamond in the rough 1920's Petromax 833.

At the expense of my 250cp 821 Petromax donor lantern I have managed to make some progress, but am still missing the following and am sincerely pleading for any help or guidance:
    • Burner Top Shield
    • ON Off Key (Fuel valve wheel and spindle)
    • Cleaning needle and actuator assembly.
    • Ceramic burner nozzle
    • Spirit Cup

I realize that it would be extremely difficult to get the lamp to original state, but I hope that I can come close with your assistance.

Below the links to the 833 thread by Superman that have been very helpful and interesting, thanks Superman and the other contributors. Close up's of most parts are on his thread.

Here is my lamp as received as well as the progress I have made:

The problem is that so few of these have turned up in the wild that you probably already know more about this model than anyone else on here.
