Phare Besnard "Peebee" Maris et Besnard

    I actually thought this lamp was from Franz Zimmermann or Nulite. But when I had disassembled and cleaned it, I found a manufacturer mark which I didn't know yet: peebee.
    So it is a Phare Besnard by Maris et Besnard from France.
    The pump valve was totally rusted, with a new ball (1/4") it works again. The original pump got a new leather. Only the Mica cylinder has to be replaced.

    This was the first what I've seen from the pump valve:

    I couldn't imagine anything like that. A friend of mine luckily has a similar " Wunderlampe " and could help me with a picture of the correct valve.
    Unfortunately I had no bearing with matching balls, so I bought 50 balls in 1/4". Now I am looking for 49 more lamps with such a valve :D
