Hi, Adding my picostar that was found locally in a very very good condition.
exact date is unknown but guessed to be from the 1960's
    well built and very heavy.

Nice lantern. I just wish we knew for sure who made these. I suspect Continental Licht in their later years but as yet no evidence either way has surfaced. ::Neil::

I have seen no other german lamps here on the gallery but Petromax and Picostar with red Hood.

The shape and pattern of Leo's very fine Day-lite lantern is much the same as the Picostar.
If the lamps are made so late as in the 70-s, shouldnt it then be possible to find out more about them?
Saying, Leo is sharing backyard with the Hamburg-Company, Meyer und Niss.
    Take your bike/fahrad Leo :D
