Hello, I am a new user and am trying to figure out how I can private message someone. I found information in the 'support, feedback and news' forum and it said to click on name then click on 'start conversation' however when I click on name there is no option to click on 'start conversation'. What am I missing? Thanks!
@Kerry Welcome to CPL It is most likely the member has private conversations turned off in their profile settings.
