Very good job, I need to do the same to my Ditmar Maxim 520, found 4 cracks on the bottom. What solder are you using (tin/lead like the one used for solder circuit boards)? Thanks.
I used the Caswell fount sealer epoxy. Worked great.

Yes, that is the solder. Most commonly used for crack repairs.

Those repairs look very smooth, nice work. I can't tell if you drilled the hole at the top of the crack or not. I haven't tried repairing one of these yet. I did buy a Nagel Chase recently. Looks like someone repaired a crack down at the bottom like where the cracks on yous are. On mine the stress cracks continued up the font. I assume those showed up after the repair.
Interesting, I tried to drill the hole all along the visible crack, from top to bottom. For now it seems fully sealed, tested under water. I hope they don't open more. Thanks.
