A nice Standard Lantern Mod. 5022. Works well, some stress cracks in the frame.

    Hello, Reinhard,
I think it was built in the first half of the 1930s, the later lamps no longer have this "cloverleaf" design of air holes.

The nickel coating is so sensitive that I couldn't even clean and polish the tank properly.

    Yes,I saw it immediately.
The four-leaf clovers will bring you luck:-({|=
Maybe you can stregthen the support frame from the inside with brass rings.

    Regards, Reinhard

I guess that Otte Starklich has had a lot of lanterns of different sizes.
    Nice lantern.
