Here is one of my two "new old stock" (NOS) Tilley FL6s dated 1960.

The two FL6s were once in the inventory of the Launceston Airport in Northern Tasmania, Australia.

The light had some wood filings in it.

    Tony.
All you need is the landing strip on your land and the plane .
You have enough landing lights now we hope.
Nice pair of new lights .

    Wonderful! Will they remain unlit?
This post reminds me I have to take a few photo's of the Swiss FL6 crate. Dang! I've just returned home from the pub where this crate is part of the furniture!
Never mind, the pub is in our little fortress, so hopefully I won't forget next time I go there to take my camera with me... @Tony Press

    All the best,

    Wim

They will remain unlit. I have enough lit ones to land a C-17.

    Cheers
