Here is my 1959 Tilley Guardsman reconditioned. The stormlight is dated as 10 59 XA

Very nice hood, is it a reproduction?

 

@Buggerlugs Hello Brian. Yes it is a reproduction. The original was quite chipped and rusty on the top and underside. The fount was cleaned, paint stripped, and hand polished. The cage was cleaned down and painted with gold smooth hamerite paint. After replacing all seals and mantle thought it would be nice to add a new hood.
