Any one that can id thisone? It now has a modern Electric bulb.
Probably a Lux "B".
That's the version meant as streetlight on a pole, arm or hanging.
Someone seems to have made a pole attachment of their own at the bottom. Lux never look like that.
Might also have been that they afterwards mounted it on another brands pole, and kept the attachment from the original one.

It may also be an Aladdin, since they copied Lux straight off, but the ones I've seen doesn't have the sectional bars for the glass.
