Hi all - once again our Newark Gathering will be virtual. I'll not say 'unfortunately' because the great thing is members from all around the world can join in.

This will be the official CPL thread for Virtual Newark 2021 so please post your pics & tales of your stove & lamp activities here or at our sister site CCS's parallel thread here.

Once again you can take part from wherever you are due to the power of video conferencing application ZOOM. Zoom is available for Mac, Windows & Linux, Apple & Android & can also be used via web browser.

The Zoom online session will be open from noon to midnight UK (BST) on 5 June. To check the time at Virtual Newark click here

The Zoom session will be here. No ID code or password required. When you join please edit your name to reflect your name on the forum so we know who you are!

Look forward to meeting you here or on Zoom on the 5th!

If you already have Zoom I recommend you upgrade to the latest version before joining the meeting.

There will be a thread available for pre meeting questions re Zoom etc. I'm not an expert on Zoom so please feel free to chip in with advice for those seeking help. (link to be posted here shortly)

Virtual started early in Darley Dale. We are here with Dave and Wendy Willimson.
My new indoor lamp shed is now up and running!
Just gearing up for the main event later now. 16229056048518591979849983402896.jpg 16229056048518591979849983402896.jpg 16229056874595616466014417669492.jpg

Very nice. More room there than in my small garden. Is that a Ditmar 541 hanging high in the second image ?

03:45 for my lamps, 04:00 for me.
