I think it may be a pre-war 830
Or maybe a 523 Petromax.
not an 830. A Petromax 830 is very rare and has a special design, see: Petromax 830 300HK -June 1938-
It is hard to tell without detailed images.
It looks rather old so 826 would be my guess. But you would have to check the nozzle if it states the HK/CP rating.
Does the hood hold the inner casing or do they sepatarte?
