    Hi, has anyone on the forum Dealt with hurricane lamps here in the UK?? I am having trouble getting in touch with them about an order placed on the 18th July, I have emailed called both landline and mobile but nothing is getting answered. Any help appreciated.
    Cheers

    @Jacky Young I allowed a month for order delay - expecting some because of Covid - got no response on the phone, by text or email, and have escalated my Paypal transaction for a Bialaddin hood to a ‘money back’ requirement. Another couple of weeks or so and if ‘Hurricanelamps’ haven’t responded to Paypal’s approach I get reimbursed by Paypal.

    They really ought to take down their website HERE if they’ve stopped trading.

    @Jacky Young

    @X246A said he lives in the vicinity, spoke of a proprietor ‘Carl’ and that he (Jeremy) might sound him out. Guess he hasn’t.

    Just got word from Paypal that I’ll be getting my money reimbursed. That makes Paypal a creditor and from your own experience there’ll be more losses than my £23.50 stacking up for Paypal to chase up.
