    Hello

Can anyone confirm that hurricanelamps.co.uk are OK and still trading?
I've ordered a couple of items and they've taken the money via PayPal but I've not had the order and I cannot reach them despite contacting them on email, sms and telephone..

    TIA

    A. White

I'm afraid not, nothing from them at all and I had emailed and phoned both his land line and mobile numerous times over a two week period. Thankfully, I had paid using PayPal so opened a dispute. Now refunded after a further 10 day wait but I got my money back.
What concerns me though is whether the proprietor is OK or not. Hope he's OK.

    Hi folks

Not sure why the silence from Carl, he is generally on the ball! He lives not too far from me so easy enough to pop a note through his door if required. Worrying news!

    Regards Jeremy

If its not too much trouble perhaps you could pop a note through his door.
It seems to me that he's spent time building up a business that serves our community and it would be a shame to waste all the hard work due to a mis-understanding.

    Kind regards

    Interested. Following.

I picked up the huricanelamps website earlier today in connection with another topic, and was considering a small order in their direction.

    Hope he's OK...

I drove past Carl's house the other day and there was an estate agent sold sign outside the property, I fear something is seriously wrong. He's always been extremely reliable , I wish him all the best and hope things turn out ok for him.
    Regards Ian.

You can't contact the estate agent to ask what they know about the owner ?

The house looks cleaned out and ready to move in for any new owner. just enter his UK postcode to zoopla.co.uk.
