    Wow that looks so fantastic, the copper fount is amazing, and wonderfully polished too.
    I cant believe that no one has commented on this lamp before.

    @Anthony I was wondering do you know how long they made the copper fount. What years?

    I don't know. Copper it seems was always painted in gold paint probably to disguise the copper.

    @Anthony Thanks interesting though, why the painted over the copper. Maybe it seemed less attractive than the gold paint or the brass at the time.
