... but an incandescent Famos 120CP lamp.
After a long time of work (with some longer interruptions) I was finally able to loight my Famos lamp last night. ;-))
It has an original Famos shade and an Aladdin mantle on the old mantle holder.
I'm going to post a picture gallery of the restoration soon.
I've found some discussions about Famos lamps but I didn't find pictures of one in the Lamp Reference Gallery!?
    Enclosed one picture for now.
    Happy lighting, Erwin.

That's because they are off-topic, so not for the pressure lamps gallery.
But there are several posted in the open forum.
Same thing with e.g. Aladdn mantle lamps, Tito-Landi, etc.

    @Erwin
It looks like you’ve got a Famos chimney there? Great you have the Famos shade.

Of the two Famos lamps I have, one has an Aladdin chimney …

… and the other has a genuine Famos one.

The light output from an Aladdin mantle is good, but judging by their size difference I expect a Famos mantle (which I’ll never use!) would be quite a lot more.

    Conny, thanks for your hint.
I could have thought about that myself. :-(

John, I've replaced the original (?) chimney it came with with an Aladdin Heel Less shade. The Famos (?) chimney, which is just a little taller than an Aladdin shade was made of very thick glass. Hence, it was squeezing inside the gallery and blocked the two "ears" of the mantle holder (wider than yours in the above picture) which is somewhat worn out. Now lighting is much easier. ;-))
I've made a picture gallery of the cleaning / commissioning process for all who like seeing pictures. LOL.
    Famos 120CP Glühlicht
    Thanks, Erwin.
