Also fuel capacity 1 quart. Suggests printed in the U.S. (One U.S. quart = just over 1.5 Imperial pints).

 

The font used and the presentation - in fact, everything about those leaflets is entirely American in my view...

 

Indeed, I don't know how I failed to notice that prices are in Dollars, the distributor is based in Seattle, Washington and the importer is A.W. Thacker.
