Original nickel plated fount was painted over and stress cracked, so substituted a fount from a Kamplite that had the integrated pump, not the pump that uses the same hole for fuel. Stripped the rusty paint from the Kamplite fount then repainted it, guess the paint isn’t close wow what the vent color is. Had to rob a burner tube and cap from a AGM repaired fount as I failed to notice those parts were missing from the purchase. Luckily I had parts to get a generator to work. I like the mica chimney with lighting hole. Thought this wasn’t designed too well, then when I had it apart, the hard to reach screw for the air tube was accessible because the heat shield came loose from the collar, so reassembly was easy. Had to replace the generator tip, I think the original was too large as the lantern ran very yellow when originally lit. Works great now. Duane O
Thank you, glad I was able to come up with parts that worked. Used a fuel pickup tip from a Kamplite, the pickup tip that was on the valve, used a pricker to clear a larger hole than I’ve seen on my other lanterns, plus it had a fine mesh screen over it. Accumulating parts over the years pays off, same as stove parts. Duane
