Not sure if it changes much - but after cleaning up that Glass Globe - I can see it is etched with 235 - Made in China

 

I picked up a 201 kero 7/81 here in Albury a few weeks ago new never seen fuel. Box was rotted and had been thrown out.

Made in China?? That's a new one to me. OK I like odd stuff and I know someone in the US who will probably be very interested to see this. Can you do a shot of the globe on its own with a plain background and a shot shnowing the etched number Etc. please? ::Neil::

 

Yes - but probably not repeatable hereabouts...

 

Now, now, Davis be nice! Remember we all learned to crawl before we could walk! (most of us, anyway).
Think of wickies as the "crawling stage" and the pressure lamps as the "walking stage"! It will make you feel better, I promise!

The running stage is large, industrial overhead pressure lights...

235? What's the brand of the globe?
Looks like there's a logo in there too. Far as I know, almost everything could be made in China.
And if its stated "Made in China", you can be 200% certain that its made there.

 

Thanks for the images. Odd this because Coleman haven't made a table lamp since the mid 1950s and I can't think what else it could have been made for. ::Neil::

 

I think the globe just looks like a coleman but is for a wickie hurricane lantern.
