    Looking good @Darryl Durdin.
Did you have any issues getting her lit? I’ve heard that they can be a bit of a bugger to get going.
    Cheers

20190806_113257.jpg 20190806_113257.jpg no it lit up quite easily, I had given it a thorough good cleaning, the pricker and jet where in good order,
    I use a EGRET mantle ART.No4 300/400C.P
its a long sock type, I had burnt the mantle in, then I fill the Metho pre heater bowl as high as I can so it has a long pre heat, once nearly run out pump up pressure about 20 strokes , open it up , turned the pricker leaver a few times and away it went, gave it an other 20 strokes burning very bright,
this is my second VERITAS, I learnt a lot from my 1st veritas and the generous help and advice from the fellas from this group.
I have two more waiting their turn. I like them
the priker leaver on tis one has just started to leak, ill be on to it

Thanks @Darryl Durdin, I had heard that they need a good preheat and a large mantle to help heat the generator. I have a couple and I’ll tackle them soonish.
    Cheers

Looking good Darryl, it is in good nick.
Mine started leaking from the pricker control as well, gas ptfe tape can be stuffed in the to fix that.
    Keep up the good work.
