Yes it is, looks to be very good quality, stainless steel, no pump but a valve, 40 psi

Aha, Lancaster County, I got it

 

I've been selling the Lightning Bugs for about 3 years and have been to the company many times. The name "Lightning Bug" and "Fire Fly", I submitted them when they were looking for names for their lights. HC makes most of the parts in house, except the tanks. The tanks are now polished.
