    Hello,

I'm new to this as I yesterday accidentaly found this lamp on yardsale and it caught my interest. I would like to now more about the function of this lamp. Being an engineer of sorts I immediately took it apart to understand it, but before I put it back together the condition of gaskets raised my consern and I cannot find any info about where to get parts or even a manual on how it works. What fuel should i use?

Attached picture as I got it. 20191021_210359.jpg

    Hi

Nice looking lamp. I'm sure you'll get it going again pretty soon. These use kerosene as fuel. Do not use gasoline, it is not designed to be used with that fuel. There are instructions for this particular model in the Lamp Reference Library, but you need to be a subscriber in order to gain access. Good luck with your lamp!

    Great thanks to you guys!
Your help is already proven useful and much appreciated. This is the look now that I have taken it apart and washed it. Everything loose is now in asetone bath to clean and I will update this as soon as I can see the parts cleaned. I think the original glass has been replaced somewhere along the way. 20191022_154142.jpg

Conny at www.fogas.se will sort you out for all the spares for this.

The 119 is a nice old thing, just what you need for the coming months in Finland.
