Another contender for this year's Darwin awards. Is that his mate lighting another one in the distance? This is my favourite - Briteshyte Doesn't actually have a flare-up (just as well with all that gasoline sloshing around), but surely it's only a matter of time...
Hello David, BL., have been warned by myself and several other collectors, but they do not pay any heed, Jeff.
Quite so, Jeff. No-one's doubting you can burn gasoline in a BL - what's at issue is whether you can do so safely. As you say, they just don't get it - dumb as a box of rocks...
Another fellow trying to light a petro-clone with the blowtorch preheater and a leaky valve. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hLAZ-JIUSqk
Hello Karli, I'm not sure of the origin of that word, but it's used in mainland Scotland, it means someone who is daft.
But why use a Scottish word in an otherwise German sentence? And why the sudden German in the first place? Seems a bit out of context in this topic.
Got me puzzled too Christer! Sure, there must be an explanation? (But it's always fun to learn something new ) Best regards, Wim
Scottish? Well what do you know? It always seemed to sound German to me. As for the use of the language it seemed right at the time with repect to the user's lighting technik of this Petromax erzeugen demostrating bedienungsfehler. Ja?
Ah! Then I understand the (vague ) connection. I was totally into the original post with the Norwegian guy and his flam-throwing Optimus.
