Spot on, good to see that some are still able to get out. Did you have a good night?

Self isolation in a tent, no thanks I’m quite comfy here lolling on the settee with a glass of wine watching the Antiques Road Show.

Looks like a good time, the weather here is somewhere in between winter and spring. I can't wait for it to dry up so we can get out.

    Fantastic .....
I’m at present doing a similar thing, home, sitting in my little AVan caravan camping out. My caravanning holiday was cut short by the Covid-19 virus shut/lock downs and I had to get home pronto before the State boarders were closed. Now I’m having fun in my driveway. :D/ Albeit the scenery is a bit familiar.
    Enjoy
    Cheers

I was going to ask where you were. I thought you might have been locked down in the middle of the GAFA somewhere.

Last Monday morning, I was in Robe, South Australia, when I decided to go home. I just heard that SA was closing its boarders at 4:00pm and Queensland was to do the same Wednesday at midnight.
I safely drove 2000 kms in 3 days arriving home midday Wednesday well before Queensland’s midnight boarder closure.

On my truncated trip of over 4500 kms, the AVan and Subaru XV combination performed brilliantly. The Subaru had no problem or issues towing the AVan and my average fuel consumption was 10 litres per 100 kms.

The AVan shown in the erected configuration. When travelling, the roof and sides fold down giving a very streamlined profile.
The AVan was absolutely marvellous, and as the restrictions are lifted, I’ll be venturing out and travelling again.
    Cheers

My daughter ia aupair in new Sealand and had a holiday booked for Australia.
But that would have been, two weeks in qurataine in Australia and when back also 2 weeks in New Sealand.
So that was of the calendar rapidly.
But wahat I read is that internal county (?) borders are also closed !?.

Yes. In Australia, it is now a requirement to have a “valid reason” and an authority to cross some State borders (Queensland; Western Australia; Northern Territory; Tasmania). There are demographic reasons why these restrictions are in place; and they are having a very positive impact in restricting the spread of the virus.
