Standard 5032 problems

Hi all
Here is my Standard 5032, a very very small lamp
similar to PX 900
It had no handle, I have done one
NO glass, a real problem : 74 mm x 100 mm
I think very difficult to find
If someboby have one I will be happy to buy or trade

the lamp have been fettled, cleaned and all seals changed
She ran well for 10 minutes, until the ceramic nozzle decided it was time.... to dead and falled
This one is also very small
I have not a 150 CP in hands to compare
but I wonder if this is the good size and threads

every advice will be welcome

I can't help you with your problems with the lantern. However, I'd like to say what a grand photo of the lamp and lantern, side by side, is.

 

That’s another very fine lamp, Michel. And I agree with Matty that the two side by side make a great image.

A friend of mine told me that the glass measures are identical to the Geniol 150 glass

 

Petromax 150cp glass should fit. See Petromax 900 Glass.

They also have 150cp ceramic nozzle but I don't know if that is the same size.

The hardest things to find are the nipple and cleaning wire.

Hum not so bad but I should like a glass without any marking
I keep this possibility in memory
I know now the glass is identical

How to be sure the 150 geniol/petromax ceramic nozzle and my Standard lamp have the same thread ? I had a 150 Geniol but I sold it
I can't compare no more :-(

 

Is it possible to get an unmarked glass from hytta.de/petromax/lst150.htm ?

I measured the thread on a spare 150 Geniol ceramic nozzle. The minor diameter is 14.75 / 15mm so if that matches the opening on the mixing tube I think it will fit.

Michel, I have bought the 150cp glass from Base Camp before and I seem to recall they were unmarked. In fact their photo of the glass on this page shows no markings:

Hi,

ceramic nozzle and glass from Geniol 150 should fit. Our 150 CP glass comes without any markings.
